Next planning meeting of Green Convene - Winter 2009 January 13 - we meet second Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m.

Note change of venue for planning meeting - we could not squeeze in all 27 people at the last meeting. New planning meeting venue:

Countdown from next planning meeting til Green Convene - Winter 2009 is 42 days. There is much to do!! We need your help.

A new registration form will soon be on the website - www.greenconvene.org (You may register now using the Donation button. You should register ASAP. Only 250 may participate.)

• The survey determining the top 10 priorities will soon be on the website.
• We will soon begin asking input on what will become the Convene's Statement of Unity, Purpose & Intent.
• We are identifying the Leaders & Scribes of the individual Break Out Groups.
• Speakers are in place.
• Venue is established.
• Advertisers are stepping up.
• Fund raising is begun.
• The website will soon carry financial sponsor logos.

There is still much to do!! We need your help. Please join us as we the community plans this coalition building.

Cant wait to see where the meetings for Green Convene Summer 09 lead the community to organize the Greening of Louisville.
