Ok, I'd like to take this time to formally let my opinions be known as nicely as I know how. . .
These opinions are strictly mine, and I will not apologize for them.
Ok. Before I even go on, let me say that I'm done trying to help anyone that doesn't listen to reason.
The cover for shows is too high. I don't care what you say happened at some show with 15 good bands back in 97. You're not drawing a crowd, so you have to compensate for that.
You're not going to make enough money selling paintings by 12 year olds at whatever local events you're going to making $6. Music is STILL THE ONLY THING YOU HAVE THAT PROVIDES INCOME. PUT IT IN SOMEONES HANDS THAT HAS EXPERIENCE. Once you've done that, retire, so that you have no opportunity in the future to screw it up again.
I saw a girl get invited off of the street by Allison Weiss the other day, to be turned away by Kathy because she didn't have $5 to pay. As she was leaving, Kathy was STILL ASKING FOR A DONATION. WTF? All she wanted to do was come in and see a band. She would have told all of her friends about how nice the cool people were down there, and maybe next time, she'd bring her friends. Ok, here it is. . .
New Idea's for Noize Collective. . .
$10 Membership Cards. They last One (1) Month.

~You'll also get access to jam hour, which once we get a key to the building, will be hosted by myself and Martin, once a day through the week, and we will not only give beginner lessons playing various instruments, but we'll also be teaching people how to repair their own equipment!!!
~A copy of the Brycc House Compilation CD that will be made at the end of that month, featuring some of the bands that played that month.
Bands that come in that are willing to be played on the radio, shouldn't mind you making compilations with them on them. But you should, of course, get written consent of every band that you use on the compilation.

I'm a computer repair specialist with Project 502, a Louisville based group of computer enthusiasts, who do repairs locally for really cheap, because thats what we like to do.
